Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Account Executive, you will be instrumental in engaging with our clients, comprehending their needs, and delivering customized solutions. You'll be actively engaged throughout the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction by effectively communicating and demonstrating the value of our products. Additionally, you will analyze market data to develop strategic sales plans, stay informed on industry trends, and cultivate long-lasting relationships that promote mutual growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with clients to meticulously understand their unique needs and preferences, offering personalized support and tailored solutions that significantly enhance their overall experience.
  • Implement a structured follow-up process utilizing personalized emails and phone calls to ensure ongoing engagement with prospects, effectively addressing any concerns or questions to facilitate progression through the sales funnel.
  • Craft and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations specifically tailored to meet the interests and needs of prospective buyers, clearly and effectively highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Diligently gather and organize data from diverse sources, such as sales reports, customer feedback, and market research, and conduct detailed analyses to uncover patterns, trends, and insights that drive strategic decision-making and sales tactics.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to brainstorm and devise innovative sales strategies and tactics, setting realistic goals and objectives aimed at driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Regularly update and deepen your knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends, as well as monitor competitor activities by participating in ongoing training programs, attending industry conferences, and engaging in thorough market research.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts through consistent communication, participation in networking events, and personalized interactions, thereby fostering trust, loyalty, and long-term engagement.

Required Skills and Qualification:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communication, Marketing Management, Business Development, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for understanding complex market dynamics.
  • Preferably possess at least one year of relevant experience as an Account Executive within a creative agency or event organizing context, demonstrating a proven track record in managing client relationships and closing sales.
  • Maintain an active Type A driver's license, facilitating mobility and flexibility in client engagements and site visits.
  • Possess a deep understanding of market research techniques, sales principles, and negotiation strategies, enabling effective market positioning and client persuasion.
  • Exhibit outstanding communication abilities in both verbal and written forms, fluently in Bahasa Indonesia and English, essential for clear and persuasive client interactions and presentations.
  • Demonstrate strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, enabling the identification and execution of effective solutions to sales challenges.
  • Possess excellent leadership qualities and presentation skills, coupled with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships and networks.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Have the capability to interpret and utilize financial data to inform and guide business decisions, enhancing strategic planning and profitability.
  • Showcase strong analytical abilities and a data-driven mindset, crucial for dissecting complex datasets and deriving actionable insights.

Portfolio Requirement:

  • Provide a comprehensive portfolio that showcases a variety of successful digital marketing campaigns, detailing campaign objectives, strategies employed, and tangible results achieved.
  • Include examples of branded content specifically created for digital channels such as social media posts, advertisements, and email newsletters, demonstrating creative and strategic aptitude.
  • Present case studies that highlight the direct impact of your digital marketing efforts on enhancing brand awareness, generating leads, and facilitating customer acquisition, underscoring your contribution to business growth.
