Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Admin to join our vibrant team. As an Admin , you will oversee daily office operations, coordinate meetings, manage schedules and documents, and facilitate team communication. You will also interact directly with clients, manage content uploads, and handle inquiries on our social media platforms, ensuring our office functions smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the project Admin in managing daily project operations, including meticulous scheduling, systematic filing, and the execution of various ad hoc tasks as designated by the company, ensuring smooth project progression.
  • Proactively respond to and diligently follow up on client requests and address any post-move relocation concerns, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualification:

  • Demonstrates the ability to operate both independently and as an integral team player, characterized by a proactive "can do" attitude that fosters a positive working environment.
  • Possesses the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of independence, showcasing strong organizational skills and a commitment to meeting tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized, ensuring that all aspects of project work are managed with precision to facilitate flawless project execution.
  • Exhibits strong problem-solving skills, capable of identifying issues and generating effective solutions quickly and efficiently.
  • Proficient in using a variety of office management software, enhancing operational efficiency through technological competence.
  • Communicates effectively, ensuring clear and concise exchanges of information with team members and clients alike.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possesses knowledge of and experience with project management tools and software such as Asana, Trello, and Notion, which are instrumental in streamlining project tasks and enhancing team collaboration.
  • Owns a reliable laptop with good internet access, essential for executing tasks remotely and participating in virtual meetings without disruption.
