Role Description

We are seeking a proficient Finance, Accounting, and Tax to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the meticulous preparation and maintenance of financial records, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, and monitor the company's financial health to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. Your responsibilities will include managing daily accounting operations, ensuring tax compliance, assisting in budgeting and forecasting, and implementing strong internal controls to safeguard company assets. Your expertise will support the financial stability and growth of our organization, making a significant impact across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of overseeing the meticulous preparation and continuous maintenance of financial records, ensuring all financial reporting is both accurate and timely, while proactively monitoring the company's financial health to pinpoint opportunities for significant cost reductions and efficiency enhancements.
  • Guarantee the precision and timeliness of financial reports delivered to senior management and key stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making across the company.
  • Direct the day-to-day accounting operations, including the management of accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and the accurate recording of general ledger entries, ensuring a smooth financial operation.
  • Efficiently prepare and file comprehensive tax returns, including corporate, VAT, and other pertinent taxes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and deadlines.
  • Play a key role in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts, diligently monitor budget performance, and provide detailed variance analysis and insightful financial projections to support strategic planning.
  • Develop and enforce robust internal controls to protect company assets and guarantee the reliability of financial reporting, enhancing the overall integrity of the company’s financial practices.

Required Skills and Qualification:

  • Hold at least a Diploma in Accounting or Tax, equipping you with foundational financial knowledge necessary for this role.
  • Possess around 1 year of experience in related fields, although motivated fresh graduates with an impressive academic record and relevant internship experiences are also encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of finance, accounting, and tax principles, and be proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of navigating complex financial situations and delivering solutions.
  • Maintain high attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines; adaptability to overtime is expected in this role.
  • Show strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for coordinating with team members and effectively presenting financial data.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with managing the finances of specific brands such as Karunia Utama, Heir Care Studio, Kopiyor, and Inkprint.
  • Experience in managing finances and accounting for diverse business sectors, particularly in retail operations like hardware stores, salons, and coffee shops, enhancing versatility.
  • Adept in inventory management and cost accounting, adding a layer of specialization to your financial management capabilities.
  • Availability for full-time work to ensure comprehensive coverage and dedicated attention to the financial needs of the company.
