Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Finance to join our dedicated team. As a Finance, you will engage in all financial activities, manage transactions, document receipts, and prepare precise financial reports. You'll ensure that all documents are carefully organized and properly archived, maintaining impeccable financial order and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial activities, encompassing the meticulous management, receipt, recording, and reporting of transactions, ensuring comprehensive coverage and precision in financial documentation.
Rigorously verify the accuracy of daily, monthly, and annual financial reports, ensuring each is backed by complete and correct documentation to support all recorded figures.
Diligently input daily transactions including the creation of vendor bills and invoices, entry of bank statements, and execution of bank reconciliations to maintain accurate and current financial records.
Actively support the preparation of detailed financial statements and reports, aiding in the assembly of comprehensive financial overviews for internal and external use.
Assist in the preparation for financial audits by preparing listings and providing all necessary supporting documents to ensure smooth and efficient audit processes.
